UCS
Universal Character Set. A character set using 32-bit character values, defined by the standard ISO-10646.
UCS-2
A character set encoding of UCS using only two bytes to represent a 16-bit subset of the full character set. UCS-2 is identical to Unicode.
UCS-4
The trivial character set encoding of UCS using four bytes for each character.
